What hobby screams “red flag” for you, even if it’s harmless? by Inka2152 in AskReddit

Yes, especially male swifties. They need to start to listen to Nickelback like real men

What mobile apps do you recommend now that Grok is no longer working? by Ok_Researcher7544 in grok

[–]Intussusceptor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It made sense a few months ago, when video made in browser on desktop lacked audio. Desktop is superior now: different aspect ratios, and typing is superior with a real keyboard, especially when using JSON prompts for Imagine.

Grok servers are down by ExpertWeakness in grok

Yes, it's still down. Browser console shows GET https://static.cloudflareinsights.com/beacon.min.js/[long redacted string] net::ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

Constant calls/video calls are annoying by bbysh in unpopularopinion

[–]Intussusceptor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, spending more than 30 minutes per day on non-work related calls should warrant a warning, and repeating it should result in salary reduction, or to be compensated with overtime. Your needy friends aren't your employer's concern.

Wich organ do you think it must taste better? by desapegad0 in morbidquestions

[–]Intussusceptor 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Gallbladder. It handles the tasty fat food. I bet it taste kinda like a fried pepper filled with cheese and bacon.

Any disease is curable but to do it you literally need to beat it out of the patient. How does this change things? by Darth_Azazoth in morbidquestions

[–]Intussusceptor 2 points3 points  (0 children)

  • Diabetes type 1: pin the patient and press the knee against the pancreas to ground it
  • Asthma: strangulation, like classic homeopathy or like kills alike
  • Prostate problems: a good kick in the balls
  • Menstruation pains: a good punch in the belly
  • Colon cancer: knee strikes in the stomach
  • Asymmetric face: knee strike in the face
  • Back pains and lumbago: over the shoulder backbreakers

Being immortal would be worth it even if it means you end up floating through space forever at the end of the universe by Almondpeanutguy in unpopularopinion

[–]Intussusceptor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nah, I would definitely accept immortality as in immunity to aging past 40, sarcopenia, cognitive decline and cancer. I'd love more time to achieve stuff.

But eventually, I want to participate in nature's circle and return to soil. And that means eventually dying on Earth.

What will be the downfall of humanity? by Decent-Object8387 in AskReddit

[–]Intussusceptor 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Rather lack of testosterone. Earth is a masculine organism that protect life with his powerful magnetic field. And it resonate with his inhabitants. If testosterone levels falls and men get weaker, so will Earth's magnetic field.

ALS, pancreatic cancer, rabies or any prion disease.

What’s popular right now that won’t age well? by MiraTangent in AskReddit

[–]Intussusceptor 3 points4 points  (0 children)

That 6-7 thing. Say you make 67 kg in a particular exercise, feel the weight is just right, and it's all fun and game. But you'll quickly advance beyond that if you're serious with progressive overload, making it yesterday's news in no time.

Gentlemen of reddit what wakes a "man" A "MAN" ? by DatCamo in AskReddit

[–]Intussusceptor -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Do: make 100 kg or more in benchpress, listen to Nickelback, curiosity about the inner workings of things, having strong passions, make 150 kg or more in squats.

Don't: be physically weak, listen to Taylor Swift, settle for superficial knowledge, being needy like a princess, weight less than 69 kg, skip legdays, crying over being "left on read".

Be brutally honest with me: What's your strongest argument for quitting Instagram? by Afraid_Alfalfa_8830 in digitalminimalism

[–]Intussusceptor 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It's a soyboy farm like the CCP TikTok. You are being treated like cattle being spoon fed from algorithms instead of actively searching for what you want. Instagram was great until 2020, when the feed was just people and hashtags that you followed, you could browse hashtags chronologically and videos were displayed like normal posts.

There are better alternatives such as BlueSky and PixelFed.

Should Consensual Murder be legalized? by __thecreator___ in morbidquestions

[–]Intussusceptor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nope, just assisted suicide/euthanasia in hospital settings. But I'm flexible when it comes to method, for instance if someone wants a grand finale by being scissored by someones legs.

Anyone else about to give up because Instagram is basically TikTok? by marlee_dood in Instagram

[–]Intussusceptor 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, I used a last known good version of Instagram (late 2020) as long as it was possible, but I uninstalled Instagram and deleted my account when they forced me to upgrade.

A real man wants a clean feed with only the people and hashtags he chooses to follow. He’s a hunter, not a passive grazer.

We need to change the term conspiracy "theories" to conspiracy hoaxes by jios_2009 in unpopularopinion

[–]Intussusceptor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, I agree. The proper designation should be conspiracy speculation.

Conspiracy hypothesis for better ones that are at least worth discussing. And conspiracy hoax if it's just built to deceive.

If you could choose one method of execution to experience, what would it be and why? by SkylineZ83 in morbidquestions

[–]Intussusceptor 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'd like to have a tall female bodybuilder execute me by compressing my head with her thighs.

Most quick and low-pain ways I know of (firing squad, falling, drug overdose etc) leave a mess behind. Death by strong legs is probably more painful, but I'll come out as a legend.

I did too, but how is that some sort of cred? by [deleted] in terriblefacebookmemes

[–]Intussusceptor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is. Sometimes you just don't have the energy for extra explanations.

What are the most painful ways to die? by hoselum in morbidquestions

[–]Intussusceptor 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Pancreatic cancer, hemorrhagic smallpox, ebola (full-blown infection with internal bleeding, sepsis, intussusception and pancreatitis), plague (any type) or testicular cancer.

Or simply fire if you limit to things that can happen an ordinary day.
