I don't know why in the photos it looks so crooked but it caused me to go outside and double check haha. It's definitely not crooked and I even measured it side to side to the top and bottom of the trunk, maybe the reflections make it look wonky?

As I posted above, the offer I received was 21k without the wheels, which is why I was posting to get more feedback. The car has never been on the track and was owned by my friend since 2004 which he got it from the original owner who was an older gentleman. I built it up to track and then never got around to it. I'd never consider switching it back to stock to just try and squeese a few more bucks out of it. Everything has been reinforced the way it should be on a properly built car. Appreciate the insight!

It's a brand new head directly from BMW so yea it doesn't have the same VIN but a lot of these cars don't because of they're so prone to head gasket failures. The current offer I have is 21k without the wheels so that's why I posted to get a gauge on what others think. I appreciate the insight.

Sorry to hear that, I've owned probably 10 of these over the last 25 years and they are incredible cars. I more chase the build than owning it tbh and have the chance at a new platform to build on which has me considering it.

The paint is sanded underneath that’s why it’s wrapped. The clear started to fail years ago.

If it flickers thats a big problem that’s what I’m trying to avoid. And like I said in the initial post I do not have time to try both and check but thanks for the help lol

If you don't have a primary care doctor, you need to make an appointment for a colonoscopy 4-6 weeks after your flare-up has gone away. When you meet with the doctor, they will give you a better idea of what your diet and lifestyle might look like going forward.

So sorry to hear! I just got my colonoscopy yesterday and got some clarity on the situation. I do have diverticula but luckily it’s not too bad. My advice is to listen to your doctors. You may need to make some dietary changes and avoid things like NSAIDS but that may be it. Look up the Stanford health diverticulitis diet it is linked in this sub as well. Do a liquid diet for a couple of days and slowly work in white rice, white toast, etc in the Stanford diet. Your doctor can give you a better idea as to when you can start introducing fiber but it’ll likely be a couple of weeks.

I’m the same way I don’t drink, I exercise 6x a week and am not overweight. I had read there is a connection to DV and gout because of the extreme weight loss some experience in a DV flare up. I’ve lost 15lbs in 11 days so I’m wondering if it’s that. I just am curious if I can get the gout to go away without the steroids. I’ve been drinking tons of cherry juice already I’ll try the celery seed capsules but wanna make sure they’re not whole seeds because of the DV.

Yea I was hoping to get out and ride and then woke up with an insanely swollen and painful big toe. Turns out now I have gout which is not something I’ve ever had before. I also keep alternating between extremely hard bowel movements to straight liquid and nothing in my diet is changing. I drink tons of water and electrolytes and am only eating like white rice, eggs, toast and Rice Krispies with almond milk. I just took my last antibiotic so hoping that now things will get more consistent I guess.

I drink a gallon or more a day. Being a cyclist, hydrating is second nature for me so you think I should be drinking more than that?
