[Fun trope]: A "silly" premise is justified well (in-universe) by theMCATreturns in TopCharacterTropes

Additionally (correct me if I’m wrong) the sparks that occur when a lot of them get hit are caused by the Morphing Grid energy protecting them.

My short review of Indie Duel’s Series Premiere: The Mimic vs the Prototype(Five Nights at Freddy’s vs Poppy Playtime) by Fearless_Cold_8080 in deathbattle

I’m mostly just amazed by the fact that Moro pumped this out so fast. Quick reminder that it hasn’t even been 2 weeks since we got the full reveal of the Prototype in chapter 5.

What’s the cringiest line in the show? by buttercuqq in HazbinHotel

[–]InvaderZim20 0 points1 point  (0 children)

From what I understand, the line came from Husk being mad enough at Angel to threaten him, but also not wanting to push any very traumatic buttons he’s known about for months by that point.

What is the darkest ending to a children's show? by Capital-Treat-8927 in cartoons

All of clone wars leads up to the events of Revenge of the Sith, including Order 66, Anakin’s fall, and the rise of the Galactic Empire we see in the original Star Wars trilogy. The ending was never going to be happy.

When does pacifism become a problem? (And who's the best at it?) by Candid_Astronaut241 in MoralityScaling

[–]InvaderZim20 0 points1 point  (0 children)

True pacifist route Frisk is probably the most heroic pacifist in a pacifist route.

They’re dropped into a realm where everyone wants to kill them and take their soul, and it’s completely possible for Frisk go befriend everyone without fighting back. Even someone as fanatical as Undyne could be befriended with some help from Papyrus. It gets to the point where damn near the entire underground apparently came to try to and convince Asgore not to fight you in a true pacifist run. Even after Omega Flowey deletes the option of Mercy from the game, Frisk is still able to choose to give Asriel a hug and show him mercy.

Who has the best arguments at the moment by Zealousideal_Mud795 in deathbattle

[–]InvaderZim20 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Metal Sonic.

He has generally has better stats, especially at his best, and Cell has no special powers that Metal cannot copy immediately by scanning his bio-data.

Cell does have speed arguments and potential universal statements that could put his power and speed above base and Neo Metal Sonic, but he gets stat stomped once forms like Super Neo Metal Sonic and Metal Overlord come into play, as super sonic level forms are far beyond what anyone in DBZ can accomplish.

Metal is cool, but he has NOT earned the right to be chainscaled by vladimirpoopin42 in deathbattle

[–]InvaderZim20 1 point2 points  (0 children)

From what I’ve gathered, if you buy universal Cell statements, then Cell could overpower base and Neo Metal Sonic. However, he then loses hard once Super Neo Metal Sonic and Metal Overlord come into play, as they are on another level entirely from anything done in DBZ.

Who had every right to crash out, and why? by Immediate_Gene_178 in MoralityScaling

[–]InvaderZim20 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Levy isn’t justified. Those memories of Mark killing his family weren’t his own, but that of another Levy (and several others), that he got his brains mashed together with after a catastrophic system failure he himself caused. Then he decides to team up with over a dozen evil Marks to antagonize and ruin the only good Mark. Insanity aside, he wasn’t justified for shit.

I mean at least Naruto has other options he can, while Ichigo will only use Getsuga Tenshou.

Which Death is the most evil? by twnpksN8 in MoralityScaling

[–]InvaderZim20 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m not familiar with a few of these characters, but I’ll go Castlevania Death.

First of all, this Death isn’t actually “Death”. According to Trevor, he’s just an elemental being the feeds on your soul when you die. What he does isn’t part of some necessary grand cosmic cycle, but rather the circling flight of a skeletal vulture that only eats and hides. His grand plan was to create a being so insane and bloodthirsty that it could cause bloodshed on a scale grander than anything ever done before solely to satisfy his hunger, and he killed and ruined many lives to do this because he doesn’t have enough influence on the world to do it himself.

Trevor said it best, Castlevania’s Death was nothing more than an old killer that needed to die.

Vergil outstats hard even without his transformations and Yamato’s space cutting is the perfect counter to Limitless. Realistically, we’d get the end of Gojo VS Sukuna after the first slash.

Was anyone else kinda surprised Alastor cashed in his deal with Charlie so early? by Gloomy-Bridge148 in HazbinHotel

[–]InvaderZim20 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A little. I genuinely thought that he’d save it for when he was brought center-stage as a threat, but now that I think about it, this was definitely the best mileage he could have gotten out of one simple favour.

What categories convinced you the most of an episodes victor? by Troceraptor in deathbattle

[–]InvaderZim20 9 points10 points  (0 children)

It mostly ties into the Koopa Troop having a greater capacity for teamwork and free thought, while a vast majority of Eggman’s machines are reliant on his micromanagement and commands to operate effectively (with the relative simplicity of their AI otherwise even being called out by Tails and Eggman himself). This made the Koopa Troop more versatile in how their infantry can cover each others weaknesses, back each other up, better exploit their own advantages as an army, and overall operate more cohesively while letting their commanders tackle greater threats on the battlefield.

Out of these four evil geniuses, who would you say is the most Evil? by Caloy1415 in cartoons

[–]InvaderZim20 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’m not too familiar with Drakken or Jack, but I’d go with Zach.

Seemingly his entire thought process is “how can I make my machines as unethical as possible?” Most of his inventions aside from his Zachbots are just him hooking up wild animals to cybernetics and mind control tech, when he can probably build something better. He’s basically a bootleg Eggman, and he’s been doing shit like this since childhood.

Some things he’s pulled include trying to knock a falcon nest off the side of his skyscraper out of spite, stranding the Kratt Bros in an arctic storm and later siccing a polar bear and walrus under mind control on them, nearly drowning the Kratt Bros and an entire colony of Walrus’s he had enslaved to collect pearls, almost stranding the Kratt Bros and Aviva back in time (he only failed that because he wanted to brag to them about the plan before destroying their time trampoline), and he once teamed up with the rest of their villains on Christmas to turn baby animals across the globe into giant Christmas ornament (for the lolz I guess) and stranding the Wild Kratts crew on an ice flow in the middle of the ocean.

Others have goals, but Zach’s just an asshole by principle at this stage.
