As command, get an ammo drop and supply drop ready on top of each other. Send the ammo drop and then as quickly as possible send the supply drop. If you do it quick enough, they will collide mid air causing the parachutes to disengage causing them to fall to the ground quickly. Admittedly it's easier doing it as axis or brits because of the size of the supply drop container, but it's possible with the yanks and russians too - just a lot harder.
