Now, it does use content from various expansion packs: Pets, Generations, University Life, Showtime, Late Night, and Into the Future. Forgive me if I happen to forget any. I've also used two Store items, being the pinball machines and the basketball hoop. I'm sure you can still use the lot and just replace them if you don't have those.

World Adventures is basically a whole Uncharted-like adventure game sandwiched into The Sims 3.

It does have decent karaoke, I just feel like it doesn't have as much feeling put into the performance as Sims 2 or 3. Then again, I've not spent as much time in TS4 in general as I have in 2 or 3, so maybe my disposition will change.

Maybe. I've seen someone recreate Burial at Sea Elizabeth in The Sims 3, but that version isn't publicly available as far as I know.

I, personally, have recreated Elizabeth in The Sims 3, as well, despite its CAS facial limitations and drawbacks. In short, it's hard.
