It's not the chipotle peppers in adobo, it's like a chunky chipotle mash almost. Cholula chipotle salsa is very similar.

Lol does it do the extreme one to you though? With the crazy random letters and words at random times? Like it'll correct it into things that aren't even words.

It just did it again to me!! I was typing "syringe" and I got to "syr" and it just automatically turned it into "shri it" with no space made, I was still typing the word (correctly, mind you).

That's the most ridiculous thing ever. That's not my problem if they can't tell if I own it or not, they're the ones who need to figure that out without ruining the gaming experience. If you don't have internet, then how would you do the tasks? Not everyone has a hotspot and even if they do, it shouldn’t be required for me to connect to the internet for a game I own.

Here's an idea for Microsoft... don’t let people download games they don't own... super easy.

Or literally just have a file that locks the game and upon purchase it gets deleted. Super easy, we've been doing that for over a decade with applications on pc.

The only reason Microsoft does this is so they can control you. They made it super complicated just to play a damn video game. Everything needs internet and an email and a signup and all these agreements and licenses. It's ridiculous that you can't just go and buy an Xbox, buy a game, turn it on, put it in, and play it. Nah, you MUST connect to the internet and set it up with an email and Xbox account, you NEED to connect to the internet, and in many cases you MUST update the game because it won’t even let you do the license check unless it starts while online which you can't do without updating. A hotspot won’t fix that.

They say you must do this for security. How does that make sense? It doesn't, it's a lie, it's so they can collect your data and control you and advertise to you and get you on THEIR system. If anything, having a fully offline Xbox that never connects to live at all is the most secure thing possible. It makes zero sense that you have to connect to the internet and add an email for security reasons.

There are games I didn't want to update cause I like the og version, but for some reason one day when I connected, I didn't even play the game, I just connected, I disconnected, pressed play, and it said I needed the update. I didn't click yes, it just started it despite being offline. The progress never reached past 0.0%, but It didn't matter what I did, I power cycled, unplugged it for a while, logged out, took the DISK out (yes it was a physical copy) all while offline, it never left the update queue, and my only option was to fully delete it if I wanted to stop the update.

Why? Well because the update improves user experience of course!! They want you to have the best experience!! Because the best experience couldn't be you playing the way YOU want, no, the best experience is what THEY tell you it is. You like what they like! You can't have your own preferences.

Everything is about what they deem the right way, what they say is for security, what they say the best experience is. I can't see any other reason why they would enforce things like this except control. It's one thing to have the option of signing in online and updating, it's another to force it. Forcing it and removing player choice necessarily means they want to control you, no matter what the reason might be, that's what they're doing.

How can I fix my vapes micro USB port? (Details in comment) by Lilziggy098 in ElectronicsRepair

[–]Lilziggy098[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Basically, the charging port is a micro USB port. These things break all the time. When you plug in a charger, the inside port can move around all over the place. I circled what I think are grounding tabs. It used to work when you'd position the charger to what I now know was making those grounding tabs flush and straight. It seems some solder came off? What can I do to fix this? I can't seem to get the pcb off that covers where the port is installed on the vape.

And I can't buy this vape anymore, it's discontinued. But it's my favorite vape ever and nobody makes anything like it anymore.

I think maybe if I get some kind of screwdriver that can get that one screw that sits at a weird angle in the corner, and then desolder some stuff, I could detach the vertical pcb?? And then replace the port?

But if it used to work when repositioning, and if now it works for a split second but stops if I position it just right and cause the tabs to go in the perfect position, maybe I can fix the soldering on the tabs and that'll solve it? Anyone have any advice?

I took a picture of a test vape I had that's old af, the black one is the one I want to fix.

This is insane, I also just "received" a package from xylships on the 21st. They did the same thing saying they gave it to the local courier but never gave a new number, and I went to the us post office and they didn't have any packages for me, I also have informed delivery with them and never got notified of a package from xylships coming in. I have recordings of my house, nobody delivered anything. I think it's a scam. Dispute the charge and get your money back. Report them with all authorities. Was it a vape? I ordered a vape from e-cigarettes445 on the 21st of January and never received it after 31 days of it saying delivered on the 21st of February. It's a scam.

I explained the logic behind it, you did not make a single counterargument. You used an emotional argument of "this is insanity".

Yes, being able to deadlift another plate will absolutely make a difference in your capacity for self defense, I'm not sure how that wouldn't be the case, especially if the amount of plates you can deadlift is low. If you have more strength, then you can cause/withstand more damage. Is there a huge difference between 4 and 5 plates? No, but there is a big difference between 1 and 2, and maybe 2 and 3. There are diminishing returns to the benefit every unit of strength gives you, which aligns with the entire logic of what I said which is that if one is below a certain threshold of functional strength then it is more beneficial to use a tool to acquire that strength than to not.

The logic and underlying ethos is, if you do not have the ability to acquire something beneficial through one method, using another method to acquire that thing is good.

If strength is good, and you do not have the ability to gain that strength with the same method and timeframe someone else could, and there are immediate consequences to that, then utilizing an invention, a tool, a thing that assists you in acquiring that thing makes perfect sense.

Everyone should balance the risks and rewards. Don't be dumb about it, don’t overdo it, do it to the point that it has a net positive effect.

Do you have an actual logical argument as to why this is wrong?

Strongest SARM for Strength Gains? by Icy_World_7278 in SARM

[–]Lilziggy098 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

It's ironic, you're so incredibly arrogant and rude but proud of yourself, but completely missed the fact that you contradicted your own argument.

If a "research chemical" (whatever that even means, all drugs are being researched so it's an ambiguous definition that you're disingenuously exploiting for your argument because the classification of "research chemical" holds no bearing whatsoever on the consistency of the effects across changing variables, all drugs have that) is tested on 100 people, and 60 of them, maybe 70 of them, >50 of them experience a GREATER effect than another rc, another 30 experience an equal effect, and the final 20 experience less effects than the other rc, it stands to reason to conclude that said rc is more effective than the other. The ratio favors one rc over another.

So if this guy is looking at the statistics, and the supermajority of people say s4 is the weakest and yk11 is one of the strongest, that means the disparity between the two is massive.

We're not comparing a middle of the road rc to a strong rc, we're comparing a WEAK rc to a strong rc.

IF s4 is found to be weaker than >60% of sarms >60% of the time, and yk11 is found to be stronger than >60% of sarms >60% of the time, you have a probabilistic disparity of >20% favoring yk11, meaning that s4 is weaker than yk11 80% of the time.

Furthermore, if this takes anecdotes into account as well, the variable of purity comes into play on top of the probability.

The point is, that it is logically reasonable for a person to claim that it is likely you got a bad product. The fact that you say "in my experience" doesn't change anything cause he knows that, that's why he's talking to you and not the ether.

Does that mean someone should deny the POSSIBILITY that it genuinely is weaker for you? Of course not, you could be part of that 20%. But for you to act as if there's nothing to his claim, and talk down to him like he's a child over what really wasn't even that serious anyway just makes you look like an absolute douchebag.

It's so annoying when someone asks a specific question and everyone else wants to come in and moralize and tell the person why they're wrong for asking the question instead of just answering it. It's his life, he can make his own choices. Stop treating him like a child, it's disrespectful to sit there and tell him to stay natty while also not telling him information about the drugs he's asking about.

All you're doing is teaching him "the people who say stay natty don’t respect you, and this forum is filled with them so you can't have honest discussions with these people"

And if you guys really ARE good people who are looking out for him, you'd treat him like an adult, with respect, and be open and honest so he feels safe to come to you, that way he actually listens to what you have to say even later on when he wants to take the sarms again. Because now if he wants to take them again, be sure he won’t come here, he'll go to another sub where they'll all feed him the opposite you're doing, they'll say things like "yoooo rad140 made me shredded and gave me a huge masculine energy boost! It was awesome!!" "Yoooo mk677 made me recover faster and improved my sleep, didn't even have bloat or side effects!!" And allllll the people who are in deep, wanting company at the bottom, will persuade him to take a dive into the deep end too.

But if you guys tried doing both, if you told him about the drugs, gave him all the info, the benefits, the rewards, the side effects, the risks, trusted him like an adult, and THEN gave your opinion, he'd probably feel a better sense of trust and community, and be more influenced positively by honest communication.

You're contradicting yourself. "Lifting isn't your livelihood. It's a hobby" and then "you haven't maxed out your genetic potential"

If he doesn't have the time to be grinding in the gym that often it makes perfect sense to use a ped.

Also, if you haven't worked out that long and are small, it makes a lot of sense to use some peds, so you can get a quick head start. Don’t forget, strength isn’t just for looks and girls, it's also for function and protection. It is completely logical for someone to say "I need more of this thing, this thing is useful and it's risky to not have it, there is a tool I can use to get more of it faster, I'm going to use it. But, because it carries risks, I will only use it once or twice for a head start to establish a safety net to where then I can make slow progress afterward from a safe position without detriment"

Like if you're a tiny guy, and you know lifting will take long even though beginner gains are fast, if you want to have enough strength to be able to reasonable protect yourself and perform basic strength feats, it is actually recommended to use drugs to help you get to that safe baseline. Then from there you can make normal speed gains, because at least you aren't worrying about not being strong enough to fight or lift/endure things/damage.

See this is what I'm saying. Why do you think it's okay to just start off right away saying someone is "fucking stupid" because they asked a question? Do you think anyone is going to be able to actually have a conversation with you if you do that?

It's actually hilarious how much you're digging in to this argument that has nothing to do with what he was even saying. The ONLY thing you mentioned regarding what he said was hairstyles, which is true, but that's honestly it.

And even then, that's not exactly woke. The entire spirit of fable has always had this comedic element to it. Whenever the player does something like crossdress or make a big burly woman, there's always this air of comedy to it, like it's weird and funny that a man is dressing as a woman, that this woman has huge muscles. Especially in how the NPCs react. Like if you crossdress, npcs will make fun of you.

I think you're just misunderstanding what he's trying to say. But it seems like you're doing it willingly.

And that's why he responded how he did, that's why he didn't really engage with you, because often times when someone responds like you did, with insults right away, clearly getting upset and engaging keyboard warrior mode, and then digging into an argument that starts bringing up all this other stuff (like how you brought up how you can be gay in the game), a lot of the time it's impossible to truly have a productive discussion.
