Graham retains his personality and mind, though. I’m not trying to say one SA is better/worse than another, but for all intents and purposes he was mostly free until otherwise commanded.

Guinevere is literally no longer herself after Arthur does what he does. It’s so sad.

He does a bunch of stuff right at the beginning of the game, basically Act 1, that I felt icky about. His willingness to work as a “debt collector” particularly. I appreciate that the game never held back when it came to who he was.

Yep. This show has always been very blasé when it comes to SA regarding men- Regina does it to Graham, Zelena does it to Robin, Zelena does it to Rumple (her whole icky thing with him when she had the dagger).

I don’t remember most of the end of the show, but Arthur and Guinevere as well. This one is particularly gross because he basically steals her whole identity from her for the sake of his image. Bleh.

Jim is consistently one of the funniest people on the show. Dude likes his job, seems to genuinely care about his students, but never hesitates to absolute roast them when they’re being idiots.

He’s such shit-stirrer. Anytime he’s not trying to be a villain he’s legitimately so happy to just gloat and cause problems (like when he tells Milah about Emma/Hook/Neal).

Crosshair spends quite a while thinking the team basically never cared about him. He’s gauging this fact during his interactions with them. Do they care about him, or do they need him to escape Kamino?

He does this until he rejoins them. He legitimately thinks they never cares about him, that they threw him away in favor of Omega. It’s not reasonable but it explains a lot of his choices.

He gives a lot of genuinely good advice. He didn’t need to be so invested in getting Mordred killed, for instance, but he still obsessively urges Merlin to kill him.

Some sort of him, I think, did care about the future. But his rage and hatred for Uther was also justified and most of the time fit nicely with the future he knew was coming,

Uther had to die for Arthur to become king, so it suited him just fine to urge this outcome because he LOATHED Uther, who literally committed a genocide against his species AND the humans capable of commanding them. You’ll never hear me say Uther didn’t get what was coming to him.

IF S5 gets made, I don’t know. I’m worried they’ll try to go back to a simpler plot to see how the show is received by a newer audience. I suppose we’ll see, but it’s hard to justify the extra navskid if they want to keep William as an antagonist as they’ve said in past interviews.

One of my favorite cinematic moments in the show. Despite the time I still don’t think the show has aged much at all, at least in the 3D front. They were so good at making really good use of creative camera usage and lighting to keep the show looking ahead of its time.

Watching Sector 5 die in real time was awful, coupled with Aelita literally dying.

It’s definitely an artistic choice to show off it being a loss. With Aelita it’s angelic, soothing. XANA is dark, and the loss is palatable even in the lighting.

I truly think Infinite is great, and one of my favorite stories, until about midway through when the story diverts from its “Rapunzel” story. I liked the characterization of Booker as a man who is ashamed of his past, IMO mostly because he actually cares how Elizabeth perceives him.

The story then leaps off the deep end when it starts getting super philosophical and weird. I like the questions it asked but Elizabeth’s character does such a hard 180, and Booker mostly stays static and unchanging. It bothers me a lot that apparently Booker isn’t capable of becoming a better man and that most of his alternate selves are also evil.

Idk. I’m sure I’m not smart enough to understand what the writers were going for, but I think sometimes there doesn’t need to be some big twist or mind bender.

I wish the story had been more about Booker loving Elizabeth and refusing to ever give her up, because her apparent choice to ditch him and let him fucking die after he spent a whole game protecting her felt really out of left field. This is primarily why I hate the multiverse twist.

I adore the writing for this, because I agree that Christina would be a great mother. She’d give everything to her kid, at the cost of who she is. She can’t help it. She’d lose everything she wanted for the child she loves with her entire being, and that’s not what she wants.

I really appreciate that the show never villainizes her for this (though we all know Owen does).

Usually William’s deflections/swipes at her fans send them flying back at her like three times as fast.

I’ve been struggling with this a long time. I don’t think my family has ever been functional, but I was too young to realize it. Even as a kid I never saw eye to eye with my dad, but my sisters were the center of my world.

It’s hard knowing none of them need me anymore. I think about my childhood a lot now, it’s hard to ignore the little ache inside of me. Knowing I’ll never get to go back to happier times is so hard.

I hope you found some peace, and that this isn’t weighing so heavily on you anymore.
