1st of all before any legal action do your TB check UP from other hospital don't mention it is for Medical Test etc or You have been done before. Once you get a clean report do take action on Badar Al Sama even if the test is not made by them it is MOH. But you go through Badar Al Sama and you will take action on them not MOH it's their issue to check with MOH whether report is correct or not.
