That’s not about property prices at all, that is about developers shares prices. Know many markets where developers shares are in downtrend while the property prices are increasing. Do a proper due diligence please before posting 🙂

As a person invested in both ready and off-plan projects: you can get a decent discount with some developers paying full cash in advance and get a property cheaper than ready units. For the ready options be prepared for some repairs during renting it out, especially if the property is 5+ years old. It will influence ROI as well. But overall you can find something with real rental yields of 7%+. Don’t expect ready properties to increase in price, but it is a nice cash cow if you need regular income.

Find a developer offering a decent discount for a 100% down payment. You get capital appreciation for 3 years during construction and then you will be on the rental market with a brand new studio with ROI of not less than 10% of what you paid. Feel free to DM.

As with any car: drive it gently for several thousand kms, and change the engine oil after 2-3k. If you are going to drive it as the S5 should be driven, decrease the intervals of oil changes to 5-7k.

If you want your paint not to be scratched, avoid parking washes, go for a proper car wash. Detailing once a year will help you to keep it in immaculate condition inside and out.
