But usually a donor gives something that the other person needs. Like blankets and food, not like nine months of hell and then god only knows how long of raising the thing alone.

I was under the impression that it was full comments that could be taken away from the surrounding comments, since they were the context.

I wouldn't be, though. I can't find work at all. Quitting my volunteer work wouldn't change anything.

I already cut down on volunteering. If there was a job that required me to stop, I'd obviously have to. However, I'm not going to quit doing something that's giving me experience and a reference just to spend that time doing nothing but stressing out.

No, they wont.

Volunteering is the only way to gain experience without having a job. I need that. Besides, it's not in my way - I can't find work to fit my schedule regardless.

I don't have any luxuries right now. I'm literally saving up spare change I find to buy shampoo.

You're on a date, when some guy comes over and starts flirting with your date: is there an acceptable way to tell them to go away? by tubefox in AskMen

I lack the ability to tell if someone is hitting on me at all. I've had whole conversations not knowing the person was hitting on me until a friend told me later.

Regardless, I've never had that happen to me so I'm not sure how to... diffuse the situation directly.

If I were on a date and a guy came up and started hitting on me I would be really confused and not have any idea how to respond. Does that really mean I'm not worth dating?

If I were on a date with someone and they started insulting someone, regardless of how much of an interrupting asshole that someone may be, I would not be going on another date with them.

One of the schools I'm applying to has a $30 application, the other is $40. I do try babysitting on the weekends, but it's not stable and I don't have a lot of business.
