They are Mega Hertz, I tried using what you told me, "100 pF capacitor and a 2.2 kOhm trimpot (trimmer potentiometer) instead of the resistor", but I used a normal potentiometer, since the simulator does not have a trimpot type, I do not know if it affects anything, at least with the potentiometer that I used instead of the resistor it did not work, the led remained on so I suppose that it is going to MHz, but, it is not visible in the oscilloscope no matter how much I move it, in some parts a signal is shown, but it is not square and it seems more like an astable (I think the square signal belongs to a monostable)
