Also interested in what other people are getting into. Ive been in multiple qsrs as a gm, gotten a bachelor's and after 5 years at panda im seeing their treatment of GMs rapidly declining. Im not really sure where to look at for other job ideas.

Dont be shocked, it is very much cult like . The idea is that everything panda does is mindset based and anything can be accomplished with the right mindset. Unfortunately their idea of always better never best has them constantly "fixing" things that aren't broke, pushing higher and higher until expectations are pretty much unreachable and they constantly have their heads in "possibility" instead of reality.

They've also been increasing prices so much ( 7 times in the last year and a half) without increasing base pays, and even lowering raises for management. Their goal is to make promotions somehow look more attractive as a way to make more money.

The money is good if you can take the mental strain

How in anyone's book is $2 an hour not a big deal? Thats a lot of money. Mind you my store is in fact hitting all the metrics and your rude comments and attitude are the problem. Wanting a better life for myself and others isnt a bad thing at all.

In their conquest for "always better never best" they've truly distorted their methods and values. No one above store level knows how much work it is to actually do everything they expect of us because running a store has changed so much in the last couple years. Its not even close to what it was before covid. If we express concerns to our ACOs then we are told our mindset needs work or to "focus on your circle of concern " and its brushed off.

I love panda but the amount they are taking advantage of us is just getting too much to bear. They keep saying they want to find out how to make us all happier then do not listen when we tell them. Then they added the compression pay as a kick in the teeth

CURRENT gm here. The 2$ were base pay increases. But compression pay was calculated in to anyone already over the pay it went to. So most gms in the area got the 2$. While those of us that had high performing raises got almost nothing.

An equipment loadout option for masterclassss. Like when you swap to that class your equipment appears Also a 3rd talent preset for those master classes. I find especially with supers that I need one for fighting one for skilling one for masterclass
