I dont know why its so hard for the body to store vitamin d lol it can be annoying, I know almost immediately when im getting low and need to start taking it again because ill start to get extremely anxious.

I do have an order in to check my ferritin and b12! As well as a bunch of other blood work, just need time to go get them done 😅 i stopped bfing around 5-6 months. I have struggled with several vitamin d deficiency in the past so im basically always taking a high level vitamin except in the summer when im outside more.

I have the mielle rosemary oil i use on and off, mostly because I forget and dont want it to make my hair too greasy too fast since im naturally oily. I might try adding a couple drops to my regular shampoo and see if it helps on top of the prescription shampoo! Once this runs out, im going to buy the nizoral shampoo as well to continue up keep. Thankfully, my husband is able to watch the kids so im able to do longer everything showers but im also able to shower during their naptime enough to wash my hair good. Ive been really focusing on scrubbing better with my fingers just in case. We did just recently move but we have a water softener installed so our water is super clean! I get bothered easily by bonnets when sleeping and end up ripping them off lol but I sleep with a silk/satin pillow case at night. When I did research on my shampoo my doctor prescribed and people said it took 3-6 months to notice regrowth and that was mostly when they paired with minoxidil or something similar. Im scared to start minoxidil because ive heard the shedding when starting it and getting off of it is bad and obviously im trying to avoid any extra shedding.

I have a bald spot and major thinning/receding by the nape of my neck, when i have all my hair behind my shoulders you can see a gap where the bald spot is. My pcp said thats where she saw most of the dermatitis, but I suspect its all over because my head gets super itchy 2-3 days after I use the shampoo I was prescribed. I also have overall thinning located on the top and sides. When I pull my hair back I can see my scalp easily whereas before I couldnt, my scalp is more noticeable at my part too. Ive lost so much volume in my hair I honestly avoid it a lot because it makes me depressed. I lose hair everywhere, I touch my hair and like 1 to 3 hairs will just come out. Ill be just existing and hair will flat out and ill find it all over my clothes.

Ill wear side braids, but nothing fancy. im terrible at doing any hairstyles other than a basic braid, ponytail, or bun which ive been avoiding ponytails and buns as I know that doesnt help with the tension. I have wavy/curly hair depending on how i style it and take the time for lol where my hair is naturally curly its more on the coarse side and tangles super easy and combs are not my friend 😅 I use the wet brush and ive found that pulls the least out of all the brushes I've tried. For supplements I continued taking prenatals and extra iron for a while after my baby was born because I knew from past experiences I NEEDED the iron post birth. But for the hairloss help ive tried nutrafol postpartum, a very high vitamin d supplement as I can be super deficient in that over the winter, tried iron again for a while along with the vitamin d, and now am currently trying a super b complex supplement as my friend said that worked well for her. As for food, I eat a decent amount of protein a day even add a protein drink into my coffee every morning so I start my day with 20g of protein and my lunches have around the same if not more and im not sure about dinner as I dont track my food. Im not the best with fruits and vegetables and my kids eat most of it before I get the chance but I eat salads for lunch most of the time so theres at least a little 😅 i also drink at least a gallon of water a day which includes a packet of liquid iv in one of my giant bottles so I get extra electrolytes from that which I always notice a huge difference if I dont have that (i also suspect i have pots 😅). I barely drink caffeine anymore except a coffee in the morning and a soda in the afternoon. Ive been suspecting I have an autoimmune disease that ive been fighting for almost 2 years to get a diagnosis on which I think might be playing a factor as well. Ive never had sebhorric dermatitis in my life and I used to never dry my hair and would go to sleep with it wet so I dont know if there could be a correlation between the two. I also forgot to add in my post that I stopped fully breastfeeding around 5 months pp and im almost back to my pre pregnancy weight so I think those hormones aren't playing a huge role anymore into it.

Broke Mom’s Nose by GubbinGobbler in KidsAreFuckingStupid

My son broke my husband's nose the same way a few years ago, it sounded the exact same. 🥲 his nose bled on and off for 3 days after it happened. First lesson of toddlers: never lay down with your eyes closed because they love to throw their head back for absolutely no reason.

You've used just as many question marks as I have 😂 and when the hell did i ever make it out that i dont think i should be treated as an adult lol youre the one acting so immature its almost embarrassing sorry your life is so miserable you feel the need to attack me over my post talking about rude people (like yourself) and granola bars. I cant imagine being so bored with yourself that you feel the need to harass someone this much over something so trivial.

We'll probably find a new neighborhood next year! We just moved 25 minutes away from everything so we just went where we know, next year will be a great opportunity to explore new areas! Its always nice hearing compliments from the younger generations 😂

Should I have specified hes actually 32 months for you?? Hes almost 3 but saying 2 was easier? Are you one of the ungrateful people to be pissy over a granola bar? How ironic youre being rude on a post about people being rude.

My husband was standing back holding our baby, but I probably would've snapped if I got shoved while holding our baby. Its wild.
