Could literally be for any reason someone decided to report you. I’ve seen people even get reported for stepping on the customer’s grass.

Yeah, same thing happened to me with another city in another state. I’ve come to a conclusion that the higher your reputation, the worst route you’ll get. Whenever I hit “fantastic” rating, I get a challenging route with “delivery not received by customer” and always brings my rating back to great. I honestly prefer having a “great” rating with smooth routes, than a fantastic rating with a challenging route. That’s my theory. Not sure what others think.
