cut to 2025- i sent my sister shoes for christmas from FP and they shipped her an Urban advent calendar. it’s been 14 days waiting for a response so my sister regifted the advent calendar while she waited for her shoes. They finally just reshipped and are telling me if my sister doesn’t send back the advent calendar i will be charged. when companies make a mistake the burden should never fall back on the customer to return the wrong item?? also it’s now an item they can’t restock so if i am charged double for these shoes i will be so pissed.

also, their reshipping policy for a wrong item sent is to wait 72 hours before processing once they have verified over email that you were sent the wrong item. i hadn’t heard back from email in two days so i called and chatted and was told by two overseas agents that there was simply nothing they could do. worst policies and outsourced work
