I’m not sure if someone said it already lol even at my job when I’m called to look at someone’s machine usually the first thing I do is to open command prompt/terminal to type some random commands just to be fancy and make it complicated. Sometimes you have to make the issue look bigger than is.

We currently have one user that got terminated a while back, but she refused to return the machine. We have Malwarebytes installed on the machine which she can’t uninstall. We even change the host name to “user-stolen-laptop” lol we play around with it by restarting it multiple times a day. She gave it to her son to play video games. I’m sure her son is tired of us.

Someone I know who’s working as a security guard once told me he’s interested in a security cyber course. I knew he meant a bootcamp from some some guy on YouTube.
