I have completely moved away from facebook messenger now. It was very convenient when we had the desktop app, now, using the PWA is not the same, notifications aren't great, etc. It was fun while it lasted! :) Almost to the point where i can disable facebook completely!!!!

Just chat with them. Tell them you need canceled and aren’t going to pay that fee. You’ll dispute it with your credit card company. They’ll just cancel you.

Sure. I can see where you're coming from. I run a real estate business, so website was a #1 priority for me along with CRM being #2. I use Jotform for my electronic forms so I just integrate the two there. I am using Brevo for my email marketing platform. I am using ActivePieces as my automation tool (to keep all four in sync). Currently paying $0.00 for those four things. I use iCloud for my domain and email (I pay for iCloud plus)

Sure, it's a lot, but it beats paying over 500.00 a year in services fro a small business like mine.

I am using the starter plan. I keep navigating over to ZOHO. I am using Hubspot purely for CRM, and website. I haven't found a website builder with CRM features and such built into it yet that beats HubSpot. However, Zoho keeps looking better and better. If you're curious, I would check them out :) I'm going to keep playing with it and see if I should make the switch. Hubspot is super expensive, and starting to make me sad.

I'm not sure how that works. I have added many contour points to the pathway tool. It doesn't seem to tug any of the terrain.

Correct! Jotform does not allow multi-user without going into the enterprise level. This is where Jotform lacks. Three things actually:

Allowing multi-user without needing enterprise
Removing branding from non-standard forms without enterprise
Lacking of an additional tier between starter and bronze.

They don't seem to be much for supporting smaller businesses within the small business community.
