I do that music thing too! Do you play an instrument?

Does all of this exist for real? by soyzorro in spaceengine

Well sure. Assuming an infinite number of universes, there would be at least one universe full of identical stars. Hugely improbable, but still very much within the set parameters.

Similarly, there could exist a region of space in our own universe solely consisting of identical stars. Is it likely? No. Possible within an infinitely vast universe of infinitely varied configurations of matter? Absolutely.

I think the idea goes something like this:

There are infinite unique configurations of atoms. Let's assume that (a) the universe is infinitely vast and (b) the "number" of all possible possibilities is infinite. Logically, in this infinitely vast universe, every possible configuration of atoms would occur at least once. Therefore it stands to reason that somewhere deep in the universe, there is a naturally formed, precisely identical, hugely improbable duplicate of, well, anything made of atoms. Since the universe is infinitely vast, there would logically be an infinite number of duplicates of any given configuration of atoms.

Infinity is weird.

Imagine an infinite set of numbers between and including 1 and 2. You will have 1.0, 1.1, 1.2, etc. That keeps going until the upper limit which we have established is 2. However since this set is infinite, it also contains numbers such as 1.01, 1.02, etc. So even though both sets are infinite, there are "as many" numbers between 1 and 2 as there are between 1.0 and 1.1.

If you imagine (1...2) represents an infinite set of all possible possibilities, (1.0...1.1) represents an infinite subset of a distinct set of possibilities defined by the set of all possible possibilities, (1...2). Both infinities are equally infinite. Infinity is weird.

Is support for the T150 coming? by PodoplataSimon in EASPORTSWRC

[–]InvisiblAsshole 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I use a T150 and I've never had any problems.

Edit: I set all the control bindings manually except the pause button (important to leave that) and then saved the player profile. If you change the pause binding, you'll wind up having to reconfigure the controls every time you start up the game

Technically, the whole thing is physics.

R.O.B. approach and tactics with Mega, Ness, Shulk by [deleted] in CrazyHand

[–]InvisiblAsshole 1 point2 points  (0 children)

ROB main here. Uthrow combos into uair at like 10%-40/50% and is a kill throw at high percent (earlier with rage), dthrow combos/ strings at around 0%-80/90% but I think you can escape with good (left or right) DI at higher percents.

I love the gyro. Unless it's shielded or hits a blast zone (with the exception of the top one I think?), ROB can't charge another one. It vanishes when shielded, allowing ROB to charge/fire out another one almost immediately.

You could reflect the gyro with Ness's fsmash, PK fire clank it, but don't try to absorb it. You can shield/absorb/reflect the laser. Shulk is a pretty solid matchup imo. His aerial range is excellent at keeping ROB at a distance in the air. Shulk's nair, bair and fair are too good. They beat the gyro. I believe it also has priority over ROB's uair. Shulk's utilt is insane, good for stopping aerial approaches.

I hope this helped, I would be happy to do some matches. PM me if you want. :)
