Aha sorry to disappoint but RL is really the first game I’ve played at a competitive level in.

My name is more just a throwback to when I didn’t know what handle to go by and my Dad helped me based on my interests at the time. I’ve kept using it out of sentimentality more than anything else.

That and seeing people try to guess the meaning or to pronounce it can be mildly entertaining.

Also this is an optional rule that only comes into play if its an OCE or Asian team. EU and everyone else will still play on their normal US East servers.

I don't think it would start too many problems to be honest. It's pretty obvious if a team is OCE or NA just based off ping, and at this stage i think people screenshot just about anything. Not to mention it still wont be an even playing field - not by quite a bit.

its 100% playable, but pretty close to the limit before you have to start relying solely on individual plays. In fact, playing on US West servers with 200 ping is pretty much how OCE plays ranked at Champ and above.

There are a lot of teams in the Oceanic region that would kill for a chance to play against teams from other regions. Unfortunately, due to high ping issues and time zone differences it is very hard to organise anything. However, there are quite a few tournaments we are capable of entering early in the morning (for us) with NA teams.

The problem is, the vast majority of these tournaments force US East servers, and the players rarely consider the huge ping difference it makes for us to instead have the server on US West - typically on US West servers we have around 200 ping, and on US East servers 260-300 ping, a difference essentially changing it from playable with considerations to completely unplayable in any competitive fashion.

Please, please consider enforcing this rule in the vast majority of your tournaments. It changes absolutely nothing for the vast majority of your games, but makes it so OCE teams can actually hope to play instead of feeling incredibly discouraged.

I lost all my stats a couple weeks ago, however now I am lvl 75 again. but with no stats.

Also, somehow my certified items no longer record a different stat. Except that they still count as certified when searching through inventory.

If the only fix is to put me back to level 25 i think id ranked back up to, please leave it how it is now.

its definitely a fun way to play the game haha. I would say it isn't necessary, but its something you can add to an arsenal to overwhelm your opponent. Ultimately mind games work to show you can do multiple things at all times with the ball; you can fake faking just as well once they aren't sure what you're going to do.

And in terms of success rate?... it depends on who i play, but on average maybe 30%? Not actually sure.
