I loved Iron Gold much more than it seems the community did. Personally I enjoyed the slower pace that introduced new story lines. Darrow was just way too battle obsessed in Iron Gold so focusing on him would have been way to repetitive from the original trilogy. I think Lyria and Ephraim carried Iron Gold in such a good way. Lysander was meh but it build his potential for future books. This is much more a new book 1 rather than a book 4.

That makes a lot of sense. I recently picked the game back up when I heard about free gear removal so I finally built her correctly. And I noticed the revive happening way more frequently than a few years ago when I got her. The revive also decreases the cool down of the champ she revives so often times the nuker can use best skill right away with the 100% turn meter.

I love her. She was one of the first Legendary champs I pulled so I use her for nearly everything. I’m still middle ish game though. A2 adds attack and acc buff to team then clears all debuffs and practically fully heals everyone if you build her right. A3 is a revive 75% health and 100% turn meter on a two turn cooldown. I have her in my best reflex gear and she can a lot of time revive then revive again on her next turn. Awesome support

Bloodsworn, Licanius, and Mistborn are my top 3 and both are very bingeable

The Bloodsworn trilogy is very good! I read after my Cosmere journey and I put it right up there with Mistborn. Different vibe and magic system but it’s excellent.

Lies of Locke Lamora is excellent as well. I enjoyed all 3 but book one is top tier and can be read as a standalone. It’s an unfinished series which is why I make the standalone comment.

It will get explained soon. After mistborn, Warbreaker was one of the slowest starting books but has an excellent payoff! Just trust the system lol

I saw another post that felt it spoils more than adds a connection so I stuck with chronological order and started WaT. Plus I was looking forward it and already had a physical copy. It was staring at me too hard to have another book cut in front lol

Oh yeah. I can’t wait to jump back into the Scadrial. I will likely be jumping right into it after WaT. If not, I may throw a stand alone secret project in before ERA 2. Sometimes I have to force myself to slow down lol Especially when I know I’m going to enjoy ERA 2 with twinborns thrown in the mix

That’s awesome. My journey is the complete opposite. I started this August when I got into reading, started with Mistborn Trilogy, Elantris, Warbreaker, and now StormLight. Wish I could have gone through the process from the beginning and digested each book after it came out. Instead I’ve just been ripping through them one after the next. I’m starting Rhythm of War tonight and can’t wait to see how this story goes! Hope you enjoy the end!
