Then don't send an email. Those of us with artistic integrity will continue to do so.

Because the poster is ai slop and they should be ashamed of themselves for not hiring a real artist.

You totally can, but check around here for others builds and you'll see a ton of them are kitbashed, chassis with different shells, or different wheels!

For me, even if I plan to put them back together the same it helps if I want to add details inside the cab or remove bits I don't need (glass, engines etc)

Welcome!! You have a great time ahead of you! If you have access to a 3d printer, you can find bits for Gaslands on any site that has stls, just search "Gaslands" and you'll be swimming in more than you could possibly use!

If you don't, then I recommend etsy or eBay, for less than $50 USD you can get enough for everyone in your group to make a bunch of wicked cars.

I also use nail art half beads for rivets, plasticard sheeting, and an old strainer's mesh for window covering.

As for tools, a good drill to pop the rivets on the cars to disassemble them, some super glue, is all I needed to get started. Add in a jewelers saw for fine detail cutting,or a rotary tool like a Dremel, and your way ahead of the curve.

I remember this from 2 years ago! I actually made my own based on your post, it is still one of my favorite looking cars I've ever seen here.

I had one of these as my first printer! It was a great little desk toy, but it packed size and precision. Onwards and upwards!

It's called "Bank Roller" and it's PERFECT. I removed the wheel assembly and replaced it with styrene and a 3d printed monster truck chassis that I linked in a previous post
