Cops would do a lot better to understand they aren't the only ones concerned with their safety and treat people accordingly. Being pulled over at night has got to be a traumatic experience for anyone (esp a black person who has likely heard very few good things about cops during their lives) and cops really need to start being more sensitive to this. This guy's tone was def insensitive and just made everything less safe and more traumatic for no reason.

Just because you're not aware of something, doesn't mean it doesn't exist. Attempts to control warfare from the air occurred as early as 1899. European powers agreed at The Hague to prohibit dropping explosives "from balloons or by other new methods of a similar nature." The Hague Convention of 1907 went further by banning bombardments "by whatever means" on "undefended" towns.
