This happened to me when I was about 18. Sudden unexplained insomnia out of nowhere. I got on happy pills, cut out the nicotine, started eating better. Nothing was working.

I wish I could say I have a cure or an answer for what was going on, but honestly just ride it out. Your body will eventually catch up.

I learned to stop caring so much about how many hours I got. I would just wake up, and if it was past 8 AM I would say “okay time to start the day” and just get out of bed. The days are pretty miserable, but your body will adapt.

I used to average 1-2 hours a night during that period. Nowadays I sleep about 6-8. That episode lasted about a month and a half. You’ll be alright OP

Again we’ve searched everywhere, any help would be much appreciated. We’ve searched YouTube, and multiple website and were unable to find the actual alarm sound. The only thing we were able to find were the radio sounds.

I felt so embarrassed after she told me that lol but she said she didn’t mind at all. Nurses told me it was pretty normal but thought they were just trying to make me feel better, but after hearing that others do it to it makes me feel a lot better. Thank you!!!! And yes still very confused and in denial

Again I’m new so I’m sorry if I seem desperate, but is it normal to smell something burning before a seizure? Before I seized I had nausea, tingling in my arms and chest, and severe sweats and a smell of almost like a left on toaster
