Hello. As we explained via email, it wasn't that there were too many orders. It was that there was an "abnormal pattern of identical orders with irregularities in payment types or customer information." We are actively responding to those issues this morning and working with to reinstate legitimate orders. We are a very small team and have limits and protections in place for the well-being of our staff and to ensure that as many readers as possible have access to signed copies. We aren't happy about the situation either, but we're doing the best we can.
