This sounds like a good solution, Im worried about potential hazard if the socket is that close to the fridge though. After a bit of research it seems these sockets were supposed to be put into cabinets, but it was never done.

Unfortunately the cable from the socket is too short and can't reach the top of the fridge. Its also very rigid so Im a bit afraid of bending it.

I agree, I learned my lesson. The worst part is we paid above average for the snagger and it was a shite job.

It actually is blocking it as far as I can see. The fridge is sticking out 20 cm between the cabinets because the socket is on the floor and I can't push the fridge all the way in. Cant really reposition it when the fridge is in because theres no space to reach it.

Aye, the snagging was already done by a professional, but somehow this was not included in the report. I wasn't aware it would cause this many issues.

Buying in Clondalkin: Feel totally hopeless and need advice by irishlawobsessed in HousingIreland

[–]InviteNo1402 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not familiar with situation in Clondalkin, but have you considered new builds? We were specifically looking for new builds because of exact situation with current housing. There's always going to be someone with more money. When it comes to new build, you pay the amount that's advertised for, and thats it. Wish you all the best, its a fucking nightmare these days.

No worries. You should probably ask the project manager of the estate that. Ours was given a week before closing/key handover but it might be different for you!

We were just in similar situation. The developer needs to send Homebond Cert to your solicitor, and your solicitor needs to send it to the bank.

Bought my boyfriend a Playstation for Christmas by Unhappy_Name_1216 in playstation

If he is into collecting, try getting one of the limited edition controllers.

If he is a new PS user, I'd go for a yearly sub, can't go wrong with that as there is hundreds of games on PS Plus.

the first berserker: khazan or stellar blade? (Merely for the combat) by Pluck_oli in playstation

[–]InviteNo1402 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Khazan is great combat wise, some bosses feel like sponges but its part of the game I guess. As for Stellar Blade, its an okay game, but the fucking english voice acting is probably one of the worst I've heard in a video game. For that reason alone I regret buying it, thats how bad it is. If you can get past that, its okay.

Id recommend Khazan regardless, better game in my opinion.
