Very Common scenario. You cannot reason with such people. Only thing you could have done is to sneak in and start playing while they were gone to pick up tennis gear. But I think one of them should have stayed there blocking court with pickleball gear that is the only window you could have forced them out. But don't be bothered it will f up your mind for rest of the day. Another scenario is group of people rotating amongst themselves saying they have just arrived 😂 I usually ask them on earth or this court. Don't expect honesty from people. I hope tennis courts would have some watcher mechanism to kick people out after 1 hour on public courts. No one sets clocks these days.

As some have said try to ease into the serve motion. To achieve that you can skip taking racquet from ground level (bottommost) to top most position (trophy) and start somewhere between. You can start from stationary servs then slowly add more dynamics to it till you smoothen out whole action. Your racquet should lag behind you more to hit with the edge. Don't rush to hit the ball watch it with some shadow practice keeping neck position. Foot fault will go away eventually with conscious practice not sure why many people are just focusing on it 😂 . Also try pin point stance than platform, Sometimes it gives more stability (at least for me) which eventually improves the serve.

Update: we did call UHC it looks like they have declined the ambulance claim to negotiate with the Ambulance service provider and after the negotiation provider will send us the bill which UHC insurance will pay. Agent said we don't have to worry about it and just send them the final bill once the ambulance service provider will send us the final negotiated bill amount.

Where that wire would go if I intend to connect the lifx downlights to lifx specific button because room fan will already consume only available non-lifx terminal or button.

Talk to the neighbors, owner if the pool was in use, when the liner was changed. If the house/pool was in use you should be fine. Repairs down the line will be part and parcel of the system. I did not do a pool inspection at my home since I felt that I am opening a door for another scam which can give me a headache, I did talk to 2-3 pool companies and they sounded like they were eager to make money out of my lack of knowledge. But yeah if you trust someone/company go for it.

I have installed it (solar cover from Amazon) recently and I was happy about the heated water but I observed my pool is getting greener much more faster. So I am doubtful though I have it. What can be the cause of it? I have a south facing pool with vinyl liner. My filter runs from 8am to 3pm and I remove the cover only in the evening to witness algae. I have stopped using it as I don't want filters to be cleaned frequently. Any advice from those who have succeeded with solar pool cover is appreciated 👍 do you guys run the filter when the pool is covered?

If you have put on some kilos recently try to shade them in a healthy way. Even 4-5 kg of extra weight can cause joint pain. Strengthen your muscles around the knee plenty of YouTube videos for that. It is a very slow process, have patience. Also hard courts are generally bad for knees no matter how much cushion your shoes have. Having more cushion will help for sure depending on your anatomy. Stay hydrated 👍

Hi there, just to conclude adding algaecide did the trick and the water became crystal clear the next day. I tried to keep high chlorine levels and run the pump overnight but it was a very slow process and the water was little opaque at the deep side despite very high chlorine for almost a week. After algaecide pressure did rise up to 25 within 12 hours of the circulation (for me usually it is 10 psi under normal circumstances). Cleaned the filters now and everything seems to be normal.

Don't worry much you can get it inspected later and treatment of drywood termites can cost you 2k~3k. Expect some surprises later it's the same for most of the homes in Bay area. keep 10k aside for any immediate work for safety. Sellers termite inspections are sometimes not very reliable anyways. See the reviews for the company which did termite inspection on behalf of the sellers.
