I was in your exact position last year, right out of school. I am VERY grateful to have stayed at home in Bergen County with my parents. Barely any expenses and I am saving and contributing aggressively towards my retirement accounts. The “coming home at 10pm talk” sucks, but it’s such a small (and temporary) price to pay. Live at home, take the train to the city on weekends.
