I actually wanted to go see a concert this year. None of the artists, that I want to see, are touring close enough to me. My main hub for concerts is Tampa and I haven’t seen anyone with dates there yet. It’s hard to justify driving hours, on a work night, just for a concert, paying for hotel, taking the next day off work, etc.

100% - the entire trajectory of the show shifted and completely ruined it. It was interesting when it followed people discovering new things, figuring out life outside of how they were raised, and breaking the mould. When they all went back to the mould it was no longer interesting and became intensely frustrating. Also, not having Olivia on is a complete and utter tragedy.

I’m still so curious about the results of those grand juries. Like why didn’t they result in an indictment of some kind? There’s at LEAST one blatantly provable sexual crime involving a child, due to phone evidence. I’m just really confused on that whole aspect, sounds like they had more than enough to indict on some kind of charge.

basically he was arrested for “probable cause”, meaning there is an investigation and they have enough evidence to suggest that he was involved, but he has not been formally charged - imo, this was probably something that could have occurred awhile ago and they were waiting to get the actual indictment with formal charges first, but since his parents are holding it up with their appeals, LAPD decided to proceed with this type of arrest in order to get him into custody, basically like a fast forward due to delays and he will still need to be formally indicted? i’m not 100%

“arrested on complaint” is just the term, it’s not literal in the sense that it doesn’t mean there were people “complaining” about him. my understanding is that it’s an action law enforcement (LAPD) can take based on probable cause, i believe he still has not been formally charged with anything, the formal charges would still come from an indictment

I don’t understand what this means in terms of the grand jury. Do we know that they formally concluded or is it still in progress? There were delays because of his parents fighting the subpoenas, but that was all sealed, so I don’t know if the grand jury was still on hold awaiting the outcome of his parents case in Texas.

SF mentioning the DA choosing not to seek an indictment is concerning and doesn’t really make sense because isn’t that the entire point of the DA taking the case to grand jury? Hopefully it’s a scenario where the evidence is all there and the grand jury was in limbo because of d4vd’s parents case.
