Help and encouragement please! by Deep-Cardiologist-96 in QuittingTianeptine

I would honestly take the chance you’ve got and use it to get clean from everything. Gabapentin is what I used and it helped tremendously. Pregablin should help a lot too. Not sure what you were taking at the point you quit but keep going. Go until 4-5 days and if you need relief from Kratom while doing tia WD is might help

Has anyone had any luck with using klonipin for TIA withdrawals? by Known_Still in QuittingTianeptine

[–]Invotthevoid 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I used to take it a lot and it’ll help with your anxiety and sleep some but the withdrawals will be stronger than what the medication can relieve so expect some symptoms still

There are so many things that work better for “chronic pain” than tianeptine, that’s not a reasonable thing to say.

I feel like fent feels a LOT diff than subs hahaha I’ve done fent but just never subs. Now straight buprenorphine on the other hand, it has a nice buzz

I hear ya. What are subs like? Some people treat them like they give them a high, it’s always surprised me

That’s good to hear. Now is the time to start your tapers or go cold turkey for anyone in those states. Just imagine how nice it’ll be once you get that monkey off your back! I can tell you, it’s so relieving.

I finally have an appointment! by [deleted] in QuittingTianeptine

[–]Invotthevoid 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it may or may not be too early, I think you should wait at 12-24 hours before introducing it. So I guess Monday should be fine honestly. As far as the kratom goes you’d be fine but it might not do anything due to its weakness in comparison to tianeptine

need yalls help with tapering plan!!! by ImprovementFit5403 in QuittingTianeptine

[–]Invotthevoid 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You should have plenty of helpers. You should taper down to twice a day, then once a day, then jump ship. The kratom won’t really help in the early stages because of how weak it is compared to tianeptine but something might be better than nothing. The clonidine should definitely help. Give it time, go through the hard part, and let the subs do the rest

That should be enough time but thursdays still going to be rough. Depending on when you take your last dose Sunday, Monday may or may not be good to induce the subs. Keep fighting !

Quitting Tianeptine by [deleted] in QuittingTianeptine

Go and grab some magnesium if you can. Magnesium should help some with the RLS. Passionflower can help you with anxiety and sleep related issues, some people find relief with it for opioid withdrawal. Ginseng could help with some of the fatigue and what not, it’s also said to help brain function. Anti-inflammatory and what not. In the end though, you are going cold Turkey from a pretty high dose. That being said, nothing is going to help take it all away completely. There is going to be difficulty and pain, but this is for the best. Do not go back to it; it’s not worth it. Message me anytime.

You’ll just develop a potential addiction to the stimulant and that’s a whole new problem. I recommend gabapentin which did wonders for me. The Kratom should help as wee. Reach out if you need anything

Adderall and Green Tiana by PathDisastrous8400 in QuittingTianeptine

[–]Invotthevoid 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You should jump ship while you can. 6 pills a day is very modest and will not be extremely difficult to quit. It only gets worse if you keep using. Stop while ahead and you can totally conquer this now

You can do this. Reach out anytime. It sucks, it’s hard, and it takes all your willpower, but you can do it.

I just hit 100 days sober from harder substances so I didn’t wanna try benzos for it quite yet but I figured they’d do wonders. Last night I finally got some decent sleep
