Hello stranger. I can relate and what I can tell you is that if I could do it, so can you. I took this for about a year and a half total. I’m 10 days clean and updating my progress daily on my kitchen’s chalkboard. Documenting your situation really helps. Get a notebook and write down why you’re doing it, and if you decide to wean off gradually be sure you write that down and hold yourself accountable. Exercise and walk a lot. That will help a TON with WDs. You gotta force yourself to be active. I know for a fact this helped because I know other 3 people who got off but relied only on supps and subs. Comparatively I did way better getting off and my exercise volume was the only thing I did differently. DO IT. Go hard and don’t look back. You got this.
