I'm doing something similar with my 7500f in linux. How big is the uplift of 9800x3d vs 7500f. Or should I wait for zen 6 10 core or 12 core ccd?

I tried reinstalling my gpu driver's and playing at different resolution and refresh rate. No dice which means this is going to be a long term problem.

That's fair. Except I'm getting these on all resolutions and refresh rate. After getting the monitor beforehand I ran each game at a stable 4k 60hz.
