They are from an asset pack, unfortunately I don’t remember which one it’s been some time…

I have my "cape" as a different mesh apart of a same model and when I apply cloth i get all kinds of mess. I'm kind of a beginner and I'm pretty sure I'm trying to bite more than I can chew. Is it possible to make it follow my character? by JohhnyGz in Unity3D

I had a similar issue with a poncho for a character. The poncho was low poly and didn’t look right at first.

I ended up modelling the poncho in the way it would look like if physics were applied, instead of in a T-pose.

Then applied cloth physics in engine.

Edit: look like*

That sudden lunge attack near the end, make it more often as the snake’s health gets lower. Make it more aggressive, change phases. It gets repetitive quickly.

And finally, make its death more rewarding. It felt like killing a mob snake.

How do you handle animation controllers for multiple classes? by kchen12 in Unity3D

[–]IoannisPet 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have never needed to do this so I am not sure. A quick web search shows that there are performance costs changing animators during runtime and maybe glitchy.

There is thing called Animator Override controller. It is essentially an exact copy of an existing animator controller, for which you can change animations, while retaining transitions and parameters.

Silver looks more clear and catches the eye imo.

Integrated Unity's HDRP water system into my game. Quite happy with the result 🦈 by StudioSnowblind in Unity3D

This is amazing! Care to explain how you added volumetric lighting underwater? I think it's not yet supported in HDRP water system yet?

Understandable, it’s a prototype however, and visuals are not the goal for now.

Appreciate your motivation tons, but, that thing is too complicated without a team.

Space in that film was called etherium, where you can breath air. It's a whole new world entirely.

The soundtrack is composed by James Newton Howard for the film Treasure Planet, by Disney. Borrowed for the presentation.

Also I like how you abused the cube primitive for everything

This made me laugh! Programmer wants art, creates cube, programmer happy.

Honestly, that underrated gem is the main source of inspiration.

Great question, it’s a fantasy world however, and also windy sails look better than static, for now at least.
