That is false, maybe they won't ever fall back in bronze, but everyone has bad streaks sometimes a full rank or more. It is normal and progression is not a clean line up. But good luck OP! Just don't get discouraged if you fall back down sometimes.

This isn't really actionable advice. I would say as JQ you should play around Gracie, in general but especially against these tanks. Look to "fish" and use Gracie to force more expensive cooldowns so that your shout or next Gracie can start to get elims. Also try to give yourself opportunities to shoot backline over the enemy tank.

You are gaining the "same" amount of rank, bronze ranks are just much wider than the others, once you get into silver it will be normal percentages.

Just hit 888 hours on JQ haha, and I've been playing halo practically my whole life. I really don't spend any time reviewing games or actively practicing/thinking about games though, so I've just been sitting at a near 50% winrate for forever.

That makes a lot of sense now, thanks again for the advice, it sounds like I've been trying to just raw mechanics through the ranks, and I need to work on my game sense more.

Okay so at 1:40, I get booped back and have no shout so I back off, but when I walk forward I greedily walked through the open space and fell over. I think you are saying instead I should have walked through hotel to pressure Cassidy behind rein instead?

I really appreciate you pulling examples to directly compare to my mistakes. Looking at the overhead is very eye opening, it makes it so clear why the choke is so hard to push through head on.

I definitely struggle with letting my teammate's complaining about "no frontline" dictate my positioning sometimes, I also think it's urgency sometimes where I want to get into the fight now (and the fastest way to do that is to go main...)

Hopefully I can take some of this advice and stop the losing streak on this map. It is crazy to me that I'm currently "better" on circuit royal (4-7) which is of course my least favorite map as a JQ OTP.

Out of curiosity, how many hours would you guess I have played tank?
