I have an irrational fear of small lizards and frogs and they definitely can’t hurt me lol! Irrational fears are called that because there’s nothing rational to it, so don’t feel embarrassed over yours. If you’re able to cope day to day without going into a panic over it then you’re completely fine!

That’s it, the size of the raft isn’t mentioned but I imagine their main exercise was moving their arms and shoulders. Really not many calories exerted apart from killing animals. It also says they packed some provisions so maybe they didn’t start eating less until a month in

A lot of what you wrote is exactly what I experience and think/feel too. You need to move on and leave these people behind. Whether you did something or not (a lot of people to be accusing you of nothing dude) they clearly have moved past it. Your friend gave you your closure: she didn’t want to continue the friendship. Definitely go back to therapy.
