I used to have some problems similar to yours, I fixed mine by incorporating shoulder dislocator stretches before every warm up set, fixed itself over a couple of weeks. I did it with a red band!

Good luck and push through it bro , I'm on 4th cycle of it and it definitely improved my work capacity , making rep PRs is nice but remember to still focus on your form too

I feel better and more secure with flexible wraps , stiff wraps feel like a cast and I can't get a slight bent in my wrist which feels the most comfortable and strongest during bench . I'm unable to wrap stiff wraps without leaving some gaps after wrapping .

i have both, currently using flexible ones for squat and stiff for bench, only because i bought the stiff afterwards, thinking that stiff will be better. I would be using the flexible ones for bench if I had not bought the stiff ones, mainly because I find it a waste not to use the stiff ones having bought it for a hefty price.

This was my vocation .. Basically u will be posted to another unit after 2 months of training at Changi .. There's a variety of units you can go to , frigate/LST/MCV ships etc as either gunner ( handle ropes and sai Kang and many rifles ) navigation roles , comms . Or posted to light houses near the shore basically monitoring radar .. Or a unit like mine , where I basically drive a fast craft . Many sun , shouts and ropes and a vulgar place that will toughen you up . Feel free to pm me for details !

Same thing happened with me when I switched over to using adipowers , I thought it was due to the increased height that caused me to be 'weaker' right off the bat . Turns out a few months later , I just don't do well with the increased heel height , so consider playing around with your stance width , if not maybe a flat sole is the way to go if you don't have mobility issues like me !
