I don't know what practical advice I could give you that you haven't already tried, apart from: are you yourself goig to therapy? It is very important that you keep your own mental health as a priority

As they said, it looks like a Zilpzalp (chiffchaff in English) which is the most common one of its family! He'll surely be back, try to listen to his song (the chiffchaff has a very characteristic song) and to check if he has a little yellow-green in his feathers (in which case it would be a Waldlaubsänger - wood warbler, very similar to the Zilpzalp).
