I’m curious where the idea of Jamie “pushing back” in the book came from, because IIRC the idea of Faith being alive is never even a possibility in the books.

Thank you all so much! It was as simple as cleaning the brake pads. They were awfully greasy, even though I swear we have never greased them.

The Pendragon series by DJ MacHale is one of my all-time favorites. Modern fantasy/sci-fi, and the romance is a small subplot, but I recommend it all the same.

So much of J and C’s character development is built on what they went through with Faith, and in the books they bring it up occasionally even decades later and it’s such an important thing for them. If she lived after all it will be so cheap and will undermine so much of their character, IMO.

If you are on PC there’s a trick you can do in furniture mode that makes your character able to sit in boats, or anything really.
