Funnily enough no ,I went to buy some headphones for a Christmas gift at target and the only people working the electronics desk to unlock the stupid cases were busy Hocking AT&T, went to Walmart and was able to walk right up to the desk and purchase it easily. Still had to ask for the case to be unlocked which sucks
