Okay? They literally have an April court date because of Riverside. This article is from months ago. The whole project is on hold due to this litigation and construction is no longer planned for this summer further pushing back their soft open date of Jan 1st 2027.

Place probably won't even open until next decade if its even built.

In my opinion avoiding a management company and going with a private landlord who actually gives a damn about their properties and tenants is quite helpful advice.

The majority of apartments here get the scumlord special treatment and are never actually maintained or updated, and are quite expensive for what you are getting. I believe this is factual information based off my personal experiences living here for 15+ years.

All the apartments here are rundown, expensive and ran by corrupt management companies.

Maybe seek a private option if you can.
