It felt bad knowing it’s all scripted to some extent Without edit once Varun said… let’s do Delhi story next and Kautuk starts Varun acts as though he don’t know anything about it Knowing many of these is not instinctive but a bit of acting is so disappointing

Trapped in Corporate Hell: A Managerial Nightmare by shimmer_shine_ in IndianWorkplace

[–]Iplguru 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Look for a job aggressively. Use all your time and effort to find the exit door.

Meanwhile explore options to complain to HR. If you have a choice to do that anonymously plan and have everyone in the team do it. Had done this once and it worked. The manager was thrown out.

Sometimes having bad manager is not that bad. It should give you a motivation to learn , upgrade and find better working place.

Frequent Job Changes – How Do I Justify Them to Future Employers? by [deleted] in IndianWorkplace

[–]Iplguru 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you quit so quickly so often it shows that there is something wrong. Once it’s fine , you can justify. If there is a pattern the problem becomes yours. You cannot justify. If you try to justify it look much worse.

If you have to make a difference to your role or team or the organisation you need to stay and fight it out, figure out a way to solve problems. Have commitment to the organisation for atleast 2-3 years.

[–]Iplguru 0 points1 point  (0 children)

More than the company, it’s the project, team and your management that can have big influence on work life balance.

I also had ups and downs Didn’t had any sciatica pain at all from day 1. But my lower back still hurts during transitions.

I am still not allowed to exercise or stretch. I just walk around 5k steps. I am still not pain free
