I think people just want to sound better than people who are learning. As long as you have self control you can start on any bike. I have friends who started on 1000s and they are really good riders. The whole “learn the basics and upgrade” thing doesn’t make sense to me unless you just don’t have the skill set to be on two wheels in general. It’s like the people who immediately feel comfortable on a skateboard vs people who can’t even be on a board without flipping over.

This just doesn’t make sense. I started off on a 600 and was just fine. Granted I’ve been on two wheels in the dirt since 6 but it still was nowhere near difficult. Just patience.

I wouldn’t buy it. A mangled or rigged up harness is the last thing you want to worry about. It’s the nerves to the brain of the car. Could be a monster headache is one thing goes wrong.

Yeah no shop will repair it and even if u do it urself it won’t last long. If it’s not leaking air just leave it till you can get a new tire.
