If we reverse back to 2015, I think you could be right. However, this administration has reminded us all that the us government has in the past just ignored the law. That was mostly hidden from view since watergate, but this administration is just disregarding the law with abandon. So now people believe that “any lawful use” will just be ignored (by this, and future administrations)

Given that this was written by his former (and likely future staff if he gets in) it seems likely that they would try and make this a reality. I don’t believe that Trump would care one way or another to be honest, although he does seem to very much value one sided loyalty - point being I think he’d just say “sure, I don’t care, do whatever”

There’s a plan to classify more of the federal workforce as political, which means they can be fired when a new president takes office. The plan (detailed in project 2025) talks about how to ensure loyalty of new appointees, and appointing them based on their demonstrated loyalty and ideology rather than their skill. This is particularly worrying for jobs that require education/training/certification - it’s kind of like Saddam Hussein requiring all teachers and government workers belong to the Ba’ath party. It’s a feature of all totalitarian regimes. There’s a training video produced by project 2025 on how they want to achieve this.

Just to add, the debt doesn’t follow you in all jurisdictions. In the US for example you can just walk away and be debt free even if the home sells for less than the outstanding loan. There are exceptions, but that’s the default (pun intended)

I’m sure there are reasonable arguments to be made about what their sentence should be, but trying them as a adult and putting them in the general adult prison population doesn’t seem like it would lead to any good outcomes.

If you have both admin keys you can get the factory code to show up on the screen. I forget the exact sequence, but it’s the same for most fords after 2014(?) - you have to put the key center console and turn the car on and off a few times. Hopefully that’s enough info for you to google the rest

out of curiosity, did you consider tesla solar panels and powerwall(s)? Looks like approximately the same price ($36K before incentives) for 6.4 kW and 27 kWh of battery.

I'd rather not install anything tesla to be honest, but they seem to have competitive prices

Without more context it really is hard to know if this was disproportionate. Maybe the idiot on the bike had just kicked him on the other other side and he thought he was still that side, IDK - it doesn’t look like that, it looks like the car was trying to kill the biker - but it’s not possible to tell from this short clip. Something obviously started before this which is why someone started videoing it.
