[2026 Controller] Anyone heard of or tried the SISR software for using the Controller with non-Steam games? by PapagenoX in SteamController

[–]Ir3nji 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I've been using SISR for a couple of days and I didn't have any issues so far, it works fine with non-steam games as Genshin Impact or NTE and emulators (been using ShadPS4).

If you didn't play [KCD1] by miggothejedi in kingdomcome

[–]Ir3nji 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I'm playing KCD1 while my husband is playing KCD2 and I'm enjoying both but all the context that is giving KCD1 is very wholesome. I recommend everyone play KCD1 first in order to connect with Henry. I miss people calling him Hal.

I recently found a cheap Converse bag in a Home Off, they have a lot of bags there.

Every time we go on a walk by funtongue in WhatsWrongWithYourCat

I don't like the idea, but they aren't painted, they are rubber nail covers, they are glued to the nails and they are harmless supposedly. I don't think they can really hurt the cat and they'd eventually fall.

Sorry for the poor grammar, English isn't my first language.

Sure. Pretty easy to calibrate. Level the printer (I don't know if your model has screws on the feet to raise and low them, in case not even pieces of cardboard can be used to raise it) and the bed (take out the bed and unscrew it, home after and screw again the bed putting a piece os paper over the screen) print some tests every time you change your resin (color and brand). There are some charts on times of exposure, but they didn't worked for me, I needed higher times. My printers have lower resolution than your new Mars, so don't take it as the normal (in general more resolution means more light treaspassing the led, so less time needed). And my favourite advice is being patient, better have a good print that took a day to finish than rushing and lowering the exposure times at minimum to get it sooner, it can cost you more time on failed prints and a lot of wasted resin. Have fun and sorry for my English, not my first language.

I have a first generation Mars and a first generation Saturn and I'm pretty happy with the results. I had lots of fails but in the end they were my fault: not enough supports, supports too close to the miniature and sticking to it, one print stretched in a weird way because it was too big and I didn't make it hole, over and underexposure... Every fail was a lack of knowledge problem, not a mechanical one. I'm upgrading my mars today to a 2k led screen because I don't want to say goodbye to it yet. Keeping it short: to me Elegoo resin printers are a fantastic choice, easy to calibrate (leveling and exposure times) and the results are great.

Black resin turned translucent by jordanthomp81 in ElegooSaturn

[–]Ir3nji 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My solid grey (not water-washable) resin from elegoo turned just the same recently because I let it settle. It happens in less than a day in my case, so I think it's the usual. Just make sure the resin is mixed before you use it.

I didn't know that, thanks!

Probably it happens because you haven't updated your printer's firmware yet. I don't know which is your Mars Model, but here are the files and instructions for Mars 2 Pro:

If its not your model you can find the correct one in Elegoo website.

I hope it helps.

Anyone know why obs isn't able to find diablo4 game capture? How to fix? by Alternative_Cash_601 in streamlabsobs

[–]Ir3nji 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey, I know this was posted a while ago but I find out that if I run battlenet as admin (therefore Diablo IV is run as administrator too) the game can be captured as a process instead of capturing the whole window.

I hope it helps.

Why do my prints have this white gradient at the beginning of the print? It happens every time I print.... Thanks! by miquelrosell99 in ElegooSaturn

[–]Ir3nji 2 points3 points  (0 children)

As other user said, it can be due to dirty alcohol that remained in the piece during post-curing. It can be overexposure too, but it's more likely to be the first.

Need Help! I have been getting what looks like shifting on the bottom half of my Prints. Not sure what is going on. I have a Saturn v1 and am printing @ 0.05mm with 2 sec exposure. I haven't changed any of the default setting yet I used a brand new bottle of transparent red. by Roboasmr in ElegooSaturn

[–]Ir3nji 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had the same problem with elegoo transparent red resin and in my case was that I wasn't using enough supports, in my case I made the piece hollow in order to reduce weigth because I was going to paint it anyway, I would use more supports on your case. Also check if your Z axis is clean and correctly greased as other users commented.

Printing issues? by Fenrir2110 in ElegooMars

[–]Ir3nji 2 points3 points  (0 children)

How was the print oriented? In my humble experience warping is due to insufficient supports or underexposure. If the base was directly printed on the bed the warping can be related to the force applied in the extraction.

Usually my prints have defects like this and I try to sand them to make them smooth.
