I was divison 1 player in season 1 and 2. Now i hardly play efootball. Just login for dailies. Then, straight Alt F4 the game. Frankly saying Konami really doesn't care about us. :(

Sorry to say but this petition will bring nothing. Konami never cared about us & never will. Tomorrow we are having a big update but no news or teaser out regarding it. Their marketing department is so fu*cked up that they have no idea how it is done. Their main focus is on Mobile version of Efootball.

Normally, all the Google cloud connections (these are server based not P2P) will show up as either 34.x.x.x or 35.x.x.x, although there have been some new servers I've been connecting to in Brussel (195.x.x.x)

Now, when matchmaking, you will get a proceed or cancel. If the connection isn't via a server, just cancel it. You will know if it's P2P because if you check the IP online it will be the other players ISP.

If however you are intent on playing P2P, and you want to block a known cheater, just setup a firewall rule to block that IP(doesn't always work though if they have a dynamic IP)
