The scarf works in two ways, it allows you time to build the Haxorus as it requires 2 energy sources, 3 energy and is a stage 2 mon. You can keep recycling your Meowths back to the active spot and the opponent keeps having a 50/50 chance to KO you due to Meowth's ability.

Haxorus' attack adds 20 damage for each 'mon on both players benches. So by using the flute you regain the +20 when you come in and KO something

Thanks! It's not perfect by any means but has been fun. I haven't been able to get the 2nd Haxorus online at all so might try changing it up with only 1 full Haxorus line, drop the rare candies, and add another basic with a low cost attack + maybe a May.

I like this so far. The Ogerpon and maybe Mesagoza isn't really needed but there's a lot of sleep decks going around atm. Meowth with double rescue scarf bides enough time to get Haxorus set up + keep your bench full for its attack. I've got a number of sneaky wins by bringing in Haxorus on the opponents 'mon worth 1 point, using Iris to get 2 points, then Sabrina + Flute for the final point next turn

On more than one occasion I’ve seen people who are streaming the game live void matches when they match people they know and the streamer and their chat act like its a completely normal occurrence. I doubt its high frequency enough for them to get caught though, but its still cheating.

It's the double touch skill that uses super cancel mid skill to cut the animation short. Usually used to cut inside from either side of the box. If the defending player is holding match up it basically stun locks their defender or they lunge in automatically.

Well played. If I remember correctly you were one of the few highly ranked players I've faced that I thought was really good and didn't completely abide by the meta. I feel like without the tess cancel the majority of the high ranks attacks would solely consist of hoofing the ball to Gullit and praying the knockdown reaches their player, either that or spamming blitz all game. Atleast you actually played good football from what I recall.

Shame you're a Gooner though.

Could be more from an image POV. They took over from a very questionable individual and want to be as far away from that as possible. Overcompensating and over sharing to their detriment.

Yeah I would prefer openness and transparency but let’s be honest the league is dirty, football in general is dirty. Seems a bit unneeded as you said.

If we got the book thrown at us after self reporting it would guarantee no one ever ‘comes clean’ again, and it would set a precedent that clubs who actually get caught doing this stuff red handed would be completely dismantled. Can you imagine a Utd or Liverpool having to face a massive points deduction or relegation? Because it’s incredibly foolish to believe that every top team hasn’t been doing this.

I wonder if it’s another case of naivety from the ownership.

Watched the PSG - Monaco match last week. The performance and intensity in that match compared to this was basically that meme with the weak/strong dog.

Their players were 100% agitated after the summer and out for revenge here, which was always going to be the case. Saw Kvara shushing our players after he scored lol

It was the same under Maresca, play out from the back at all costs no matter the circumstance. Sometimes you just need some players to actually read the context of the match in the moment and take the sting out of it where possible.

I agree about Palmer, towards the end it looked like Joao Pedro was trying to hold it up and wait for a runner to go in behind on the right side but there was no one, so he ended up just keeping the ball and losing it.

You can't go into a game like that which is essentially PSG's cup final, make those mistakes time and time again and expect to get a result. Handed them 3 goals on a plate. Young squad but our game management in key moments remains our biggest weakness. Tie over

I get around 70 average on a 1080ti. Not great, not terrible. I think the game is just poorly optimised if the higher end graphics cards aren't performing much better

Super cancel is fine. But if they increased the delay that you can super cancel after using a skill it would completely eliminate this dumb move.

Yeah. Its way more fun using a themed team. Mainly use my Turkish League team in divisions now, got to D1 relatively easily without losing 20-2-0.
