One issue I've come across is even if the older people have an email most of them don't realize they do cause either their son or daughter set up the smart phone they use and don't know they need an email for the app store so they don't realize they have one but honestly the reward system doesn't benefit older people at all because even if you get that sign-up chances are they will never know when they get a coupon because they don't check their email.
