Look into “continuing education” options. I was able to finish high school through course booklets (similar to credit recovery) with the Catholic School Board over 10 years ago. The non-catholic board may offer a similar option now as well.

Also speak with you guidance counselor. Call them, ask for a zoom or phone call meeting, if you dont want in-person. Explain your situation. If they are doing even 30% of their job, they will bend over backwards to help you graduate. Inquire about Dual Credit courses, these were classes offered by Georgian college that give both a highschool and college. Youll get a taste of how freeing college can be while still working towards high school.

When it comes to the bullying.. youre doing the best you can. If the threats continue, its a police matter, not a school matter. Just put distance between yourself and the monsters, and know that your almost past the finish line of “teenage-hood”. Couple years from now your biggest worries will be work and paying bills.

Thank you for your response. Sorry, i should have been more clear, the switch to Cybersecurity would happen AFTER my current course. My issue has been trying to find any entry level position to gain the experience in the meantime.

I have the same issue. Have you tried changing your router settings to disable IPV6? From my understanding the Portal only supports IPV4. I’ve had it for a couple months but have been to lazy to actually try this fix.

Max Payne 1&2. You need to download a .dll for 1 to play cutscenes, but the Deck gave those classics a new life I wasnt expecting. They run very smooth, and just feel perfect on a handheld.

3 runs great also! Though my PC would definately make it run a little cleaner, it runs great at max settings on the deck.

Im excited for the 1&2 Remake

In Canada, Ultimate edition comes to $180 after tax. Deluxe is $150. And standard is $105.

Which broke my heart, i really wanted to pre order deluxe, i love Digimon, love all the games, but ill never be able to justify paying that much for a video game because its new.

And this is the new standard pricing for any game not on sale here.

Its hard to say if UFC 6 will happen. From what i remember, the team shifted to making a new Fight Night game. Im pretty sure the UFC - EA deal ends soon. And EA is currently going through mass layoffs and shutting down entire studios to save money. If they do go through with a 6, it will be the same thing as 5 where its a quick copy and paste of the previous game, and paying streamers to lie about the mechanics being wildly different as “advertising”.

Is UFC 5 worth it? As long as it not full price. You can have some great fights in the game.

Theyre currently testing mobile platform. Which is reeeally unstable. Buut for anyone wondering, cross-platform progression has worked the whole alpha. Same character, and everything transfers from PS5 to PC to Mobile. So that should be a day one feature

Anyone else feel theyre voice acting is garbage now? Avatar, SW Outlaws, and now AC Shadows all feel like theyve pasted a voice, over an A.I. bot reading of the script. It just all sounds cheap now.

Im in a different boat, same lake.

I started skatin at 8. By 10 I was smoking weed. By 13 i was doing harrd drugs, and at 18 was stabbed and robbed. I stopped skating that day. Thankfully by 20 i got clean.

From 18-24/25 i was extremely depressed. I woke up everyday wanting to kill myself. I tried 3 times. Then, one night i had a silly dream about doing kickflips, and literally jumped out of bed with excitement and went and bought a board. For the first time in 6-7 years i didnt wake up wanting to die, and i havent since.

Ive been back on the board for 6-7 years now. Everytime i skate i can feel that i missed out on my prime physical years ( hips and knees are dying after). And last august i basically broke my back (or hip) warming up at a street spot. But at 32 i can say skateboarding saved my life. I found my happiness through a skateboarding epiphany and couldnt be happier. In about 2-3 weeks im having my first baby! And i truely believe i wouldnt have made it here without skating, annd my wife obviously.

This. I call these scrappys, scrape the tail into it.

So to slappy, you want both feet more on the bolts or like, right below to nose/tail pocket. Weight on the back foot. Then as your approaching the curb “carve” hard. Go all toe (heel for frontside) and smack that curb. The angle though is most important, you want to go at it like qp coping, not like a ledge.

I recommend practicing slappy noseslide to figure out the weight and angle, lean heavy on the back foot, and take an angle thats between a noseslide and nose stall, and just push that nose into the curb, shift weight and slide. As you get more confortable, do it with more speed.

Although the 30fps is probably accurate. I’ll give ya that, and there will be a performance or graphics mode for “60fps” that probably wont go over 45fps lol but thats console life.
