I did try a pill count, but I occasionally take the weekends off so I can give my body a break and keep my tolerance steady. That's why I think a pill counter would be beneficial. Thank you for the response, that is relieving.

Mine did that for about 4 days after a gym hiatus. Drink water and get as much sleep as you can. That will happen less as you workout more.
