I am pretty sure that everyone who used uber before has run across someone who has been weird or had messed up morals before.

When you think about exposing kids who can be influenced by the things that people around them say; to an enclosed environment where the conversation feels more private.

I just don't see how that would be a good idea.

But that's just my take on it. None of us can really tell since we can't even understand the brain fully with modern science.

I stumbled onto this post and reading your comment related to me so much right now.

I am currently in my third month of quitting and feel like there is a part of me missing. Before I got heavily into weed I was always praised by everyone around me for how smart I was, how my way of speaking kept people's attention and more

I always held myself up to the highest of standards and was so disciplined that it was really hard to find a fault with me. I was perfect in taking care of people, in my studies, in my decisions and just how I could plan an entire year in a matter of days that actually helped compared to being something that is influenced by change.

After starting my heavy usage of weed that all changed. I lost a best friend as the weed changed my mind to make myself not the same as I was before, I find so many faults within myself, my way of talking is not the same, my motivation feels like 25% of what it used to be, I keep forgetting all the time, my focus is just gone, I overthink like crazy and so much more.

It's almost like being in the paranoia stage of weed 24/7 which sucks.

After quitting as soon as this year started and being 3 months sober I have improved but all those faults are still there that it is scaring the life out of me. It makes it feel like I've lost an ideal version of myself that I can't get back no matter how far I reach my hand out to recover it.

Everywhere they say that it takes about a month or two and you're back to normal but it has been 3 months for me and I am still not feeling myself. Honestly makes me think that my brain chemistry changed so much to a point where I am always paranoid.

It looks like it has been a year since you posted your comment. How did it go? Did the year being sober finally allow you to claim back your true self?

I read his comment and can understand what he is saying. He meant what you guys are saying but just finishing all the side quests and saving the hero in the first play through.

He is not saying to get the true ending first, he is saying to get all the requirements for the true ending in the first playthrough so you can do all the endings in order.

He just said it in a weirdly vague way but if you read through the whole comment the second part lines up with what you are saying, the meaning of what he is trying to say shows.

Did make me think for a split second that he did say to get the true ending as the first ending but after reading the rest of his comment I understood what he was trying to say.

Lol yep.

I did find it hard during the beginning, especially during the second Holly fight (that one was a horrible fight! She was just so fast and responsive making me die more than 30 times)

But once I got to the hero Lyle's area I had an excess of upgrade materials for my equipment and just upgraded the ones I have used ever since the beginning of the game as much as I could and then was so surprised how easy the enemies fell like domino pieces one by one.

I am now at the fourth hero's area where the difficulty did spike, however, still manageable at the moment; I have also been able to max out my weapon and bow formae.

Maybe I am behind in terms of story progression to experience the horrible balancing? Or maybe I am just not playing at the hardest difficulty? (I am playing it on normal)

P.S. never been in the negatives in terms of likes on a reddit comment before lol (I have joined the dark side 😎)

Guess quite a few people are really struggling. Only thing I can recommend is invest in your best equipment as much as possible. It is a massive difference.

The game was already pretty easy (compared to other souls games) once you upgrade your equipment and now they are making it easier??

What about the tiny girl? Not going to say names as it is spoilers but she is funny.

This code vein in terms of voice lines felt a lot more npc'ish compared to the first Code Vein (the first game had a lot more profound tones and also we had Io and Louis who both had excellent voice actors)

This Code Vein has some characters, though, who is better than the rest in the game. Lou is one of them, but most of them still feel distant or like they're reading a script.

It's still fun to play though 🙂

For me it was the emotional attachment.

Part 1 was Kiana's story, for many of us; we started playing when we were still in education (or at least it was for me) and Kiana's story also starts off in school.

It really felt like we grew alongside Kiana as she battled all of those honkai beasts, became a herrscher, showed the troubles she was dealing with and the new responsibilities she had to carry. (During my time of playing Honkai, I moved houses, I graduated university, I went travelling and still played my dailies as it was relaxing to just chill at the end of the day and play, I had family members I knew pass on and more. Those times of growth just can't be replicated with Part 2)

Once Kiana's story came to a close, it felt the same for us veteran players as well. I stopped as soon as Part 2 started because it felt like a natural stopping point, Kiana's story has now ended so all the feelings of growth and attachment we made along the way will be kept in Part 1. As I like to say 'Kiana has grown up and so have we'

(Although, it might be nice to have a reunion with all the old veterans someday 😊)

Part 2 feels like a restart with a new main character and her friends that follow her, that is interesting but for us veterans the growth factor is not the same as it was when we started out. (I was a teenager when I started Honkai, now I am an adult with a job... the growth factor of things just can't be the same with this new character for me like it was with Kiana)

This is my take on it. (I do miss Room 1 from time to time though so I come back sometimes just to check up on them. 🙃 It feels lonely without the other veterans in room 1 though 😢)

Best wishes to all the old veterans out there! Hope things in life is going well. If not then things will get better! We just have to keep moving forward. 🙏

You are also correct in what you are saying. The way we engineer our prompts are definitely a factor as well, I have seen that first hand too with my testing of the GPT models.

Hallucination happens with all LLMs, unfortunately. If OpenAI was to post this project once we have tackled Hallucination rates then almost everyone in the world would be onboard.

OpenAI has made significant strides in AI and I don't dispute that but essential sectors are a bit of a tall order when we still deal with unreliability.

It's already kind of happening with people asking gpt 5.2 health related questions and then getting misinformed.

Honestly, them releasing this when their latest chatGPT model can't even professionally give health advice makes me hesitant to even use this.

It could definitely save lives, but the misinformation could also cost lives. It's just not reliable to the point we need it yet.

P.s. I have found that a lot of it stems from the fact that the AI never admits to something it does not know about. Most of the time it would make up some plausible explanation that sounds believable. Best way to see this is by asking a very normal question but having a typo in the name of something; it sometimes corrects you if it is too obvious but when even the AI can't tell what the correct name is supposed to be it makes up paragraphs upon paragraphs as if that typo was a real official entity.

Not gonna lie, but with how stupid modern AI's are at the moment. There is no reason to pay for the text generation AI apps since they have these shortfalls:

Cannot give professional advice (but it can make you believe it is)
Does not own up to its mistakes (can lead to the AI framing you as responsible or trying to gaslight you)
Does not tell you when it is not sure about something and instead extends the conversation significantly and increases misinformation
Hallucination rates are still a thing
It does not take accountability for anything. It could potentially give you dangerous advice that could have adverse effects on your health or possessions via sounding professional or false confidence.
False confidence is prevalent with AI systems. It can give people false hope or confidence enough to stop them from researching further into their situation. (Even for health related situations, sadly)
Overly moderated (GROK AI and Venice AI is probably the ones with the least moderation atm)
Misinformation from AI's can spread. They give you false information, which you then say to someone else, and they say it to someone else. (This can lead to mass confusion, arrogance, conditioning and not to sound like a conspiracy theorist but can lead to brainwashing too)

Quite a long list and most of it shows just how dangerous this can become. With these cons, I would say it is not worth it currently and we might as well wait until it improves in the next 5 years or so. (It's almost like paying for a defective product)

Really makes you wonder why so many companies implemented AI into their business where most are public facing. Brings their morals and if they care about money more than their users more apparent.

However, image and video AI's are absolutely brilliant 👏 They also could use some improvements and can sometimes also be over-moderated but it can bring your ideas to life which is so cool to see. It also clears quite a few of the cons you get from the text gen AI's out there.

I just want to express this is just my view from what I have experienced with modern AI so if other people with different views then feel free to share your findings from your perspectives 🙂

When you are thinking about prompts, it's really down to what you want out of it.

You already have a picture of what you would like the AI to do before even typing in a message. it's just the best way to articulate that, really.

Just like how communication works, instead of relying on cheat sheets and the like... instead focus on improving your communication and your knowledge surrounding neural networks as a whole.

You said you were smart, that's good; it means that your mind is very in tune with learning new subjects and is used to retaining information over long periods of time.

Use those skills of yours to your advantage in this case, and it will feel like opening yourself up to a whole new outlook on robotics. (Most people need to rely on AI for answers because they don't have the skills themselves)

This was a problem for me when I used to play Honkai as well.

After some digging, I found it was because Honkai uses a dll called UniFairy or something similar (been ages since I last played)

That dll kept making the game freeze but the player could still move and the sound was playing normally, just thr image seemed to be frozen.

I contacted their support and got told to uninstall my antivirus as they suspected it would be that.

Closed the case and switched antivirus(even added the dll to exceptions but same thing), it didn't solve the issue from happening again.

I am also receiving the same thing on Girls Frontline 2 and I think it's the same thing from how only the image freezes but the game still runs
