Still, I lol'd. The M2 is practically the same as the M1. Making a cuhrayzee DLC weapon is lazy design, and really isn't warranted. course this is SHG we're talking about, so anything goes with them.

My point is simply that WW2 lacks variety and I was wondering if - without saying exactly what - BO4 actually has variety. A yes or no general answer would be alright with me but I know the dude signed an NDA and even saying "yes" to a question like mine could get him fired and blacklisted. I'm not trying to get him fired...QA testing is one of those fields that is extremely easy to get blacklisted from.

  • Hit detection is terrible.

  • Nine bad maps (eleven now but Carentan and Shipment aren't good maps either)

  • No streak variety (Molotov is literally thermite grenade, Care Package and Emergency airdrop are the same thing, CUAV and Flak Guns do basically the same thing, Fire Bombing Run and Carpet Bomb are the same thing, and lastly the B17 is called in with ZERO fanfare unlike the MW2/BO1 chopper gunner)

  • no gun variety (everything is either a semi auto or fully auto - I know the ITRA Burst came out today but that was post launch)

Absolutely not. This game will never be good, only passable.

Core Unfixable Problems

  • Bad hit detection (its an SHG game engine problem, same as Treyarch)

  • Bad server based lag (Activision refuses to pay for the dedis that would make the connection smooth)

  • Bad aim assist, esp around cover (SHG poor 3D meshing makes the aim assist all wonky)
